Horrible & unreliable service

I gave My Small Claim a work order. They confirmed the work order but never served the defendant. I had to push back the court date because they completely forgot to serve the defendant. They told me they would serve the defendant this time around to find out it was a faulty serve. I have to now request a postponement, not knowing if it will be approved.
I had to continually request for status on the work order. They never kept me informed and at the end never did their job. I am still waiting on their reply to my complaint. They absolutely do not provide reliable service.

I have also done research on these guys, they used to be known as LEGALCPU.com; now they are running rushfilings.com and www.californiasmallclaim.com/small_claims.html and other various illegitimate sites!!!
