I sent for a 'free offer' from this company. Yet, now I have a bill on my barclaycard amounting to £154.94. They have been charging me at the rate of approximately £75 per month. I contacted my bank and they said that I must have ticked a box when I ordered the 'free sample' which has bound me into a contract with Perfect Radiance! Firstly, I am not stupid... And I know I did not click any boxes. I am very careful on the Internet - there are too many crooks out there. It seems that I have a mounting debt on a credit card that I always paid in full every month. I have cancelled the card.

Interestingly my bank actually sent me a letter in December to say that they thought there may be fraudulent activity on my card - I contacted them and said I didn't want any payments made on it under the circumstances - but it seems they still expect me to pay. Which I am not!!!
