I'd ordered a dress, 188,80€ to myefox (by their site robedecocktailfr.com). I've received the dress but it doesn't correspond with what I wanted. They proposed a nice long Gala dress made of silk and it's not silk at all. Then I want to send back the parcel, but before I want to be sure of being paid back soon and to have a complete and available address (because this one written on the parcel isn't complete there's no name of the factory). Can you help me?
