Order these two products as a free 30 day trial. Was billed S&H $8.95 02/06, received products 02/10. Twelve days later was billed
$39.95 and $79.99 before trial period ended. Called the company and they claimed it was only 14 day trial not 30 days. I told them they billed me before their so called trial period. They said I should have called and canceled and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. They just kept repeating their policy and put the blame on me.

I cancelled any future delivery/bill for these products. They said they wanted to send me 3 bottles at no charge, I told them no. They would not give me an address to send correspondence or a return address for the products. This customer service would not give me a company name either.

Please add me to your complaint file and send me a reply of what else can I do.
Aside of all of this, the product does not do what it claimed.
