Washer Installer Switched Hoses!

The company that Howard's contracts their installation to switched the hot and cold hoses when installing. When I did my first load of clothes in what I thought was cold, they came out much smaller than when I put them in the wash. Turns out that they were washed in hot water! I immediately notified Howards customer service by email. They had me deal with Susie, who became the middle person between myself and the contracted company. The contracted company had to come out and inspect my clothes ($400 worth of clothes were shrunk), but they didn't show the first day they said they were coming. They did show the second day. They came with an offer of $50 to replace ALL of my clothes! Howards has done nothing to rectify this situation and has blamed it all on their contract company instead of keeping their customers happy. Never again will i purchase from Howard's!
