I paid postage for a 'free' trial of £5.95 and £5.97 on the 9th January. I received 3 samples. I have tried them and dont like any of the products. I did not realise that I was going to get money taken out of my account for the products every month afterwards. I have had 3 amounts of money taken out of my account on the same day for the 3 products, but have NOT received any products. I cannot get hold of the company to cancel as there was no paperwork with the samples, and my Bank will not refund the money. I cannot afford £200 for skincare I dont like or want. Mine was in Pounds not dollars
