This company contacted me and said they would facilitate a loan rate reduction and solidifying a reduced, fixed rate on my existing mortgage. Several times I have contacted them and spoken to Erin Castansa. She informed me it takes 90 days to go thru. 90 Days has come and gone and still no word, and no I am seeing these similar complaints. Help???!!!
