Watch Not Working

I have purchased a CK watch worth 21600 from Ethos showroom in MBD mall situated in Ludhiana, Punjab, India on 20feb. This watch stopped working in just few days. So I take this watch to Ethos on 26th Feb and told them to replace it as it is a shame for your prestigious company that watch stopped working within a week. Mr. Azim in Ethos took the watch and told me that it will take a month to repair it as he is going to send this watch to ck company. Now please tell me what is this? A man is purchasing an expensive watch from his hard earned money of CK brand and it stopped working within a week. Its a shame on your company name. Please look into the matter and change my watch at the earlist otherwise I am going to sue you in consumer court. Munish Jain
