A lady called to follow up on my appointment, upper lip. I started to tell her I saw some tiny hair left undone. Not a big deal but since I was coming to the place anyway could they take care of it. She argued with me why they can not re-treat. The whole conversation was down right rude. I was surprised by the tone of it all. Asked to speak to the manger. Jay returned my call and left a message. After that I got him on the 3rd attempt, my main concern being the rudeness of the followup call. Guess what, he was as rude. "Which part of the upper lip was left" he asked "it is such a small area" (assumed I was dishonest). I was indignant. What's the point of calling if you do not want to listen to your customers? It was a minor complaint to start with but revealed the iceberg underneath that left a sour taste. Attempting to try and offer good service, but were all rude. Pretending they wanted to hear their customers but not doing so. I eventually had to tell him it was mistake to speak to him and was not worth my time. Just like it wasn't giving feedback to the rude lady's follow up. They want to hear nice things. Can not handle dissatisfaction.
