Charlie Rairdon claims the money you invest in his cash4cars title business will return a 15-25% return. He takes your money and claims to lend it to a desperate person in return for the title to their car. He claims to store it and for ea. Month this person has your money, you receive a small fee. However, he is not paying and does a very poor job to prove this ever even happened. Do not do business with this scam artist. He has many disputes on the BBB and said it is because he is not a member that they write bad things about him.
