Placed an online order and used Pay-Pal. Received an email with order # and
status says"processing". Sent 5 emails for status update and received no response at all. There is no phone contact or address on this website. Judging from these other posts RIO FASHION SHOES IS A TOTAL SCAM! You would think with all of the claims with pay-Pal that they would red flag this vendor before sending money!!
