I ordered shoes on May 5th, and according to the Rio Fashion Shoes website, the order status is still pending. I checked my online account, and the order went through on May 7th, and I've sent two emails about the status of this order (one email to riosshoes@yahoo.com and one inquiry via the website) and never heard anything back. I escalated the issue with PayPal, and they said the seller provided proof of shipping and encouraged me to work out the issue with the seller. During the time I was supposed to receive my shoes, I received a cheap, disposable hotel shower cap from China, which I think must be part of the scan, because then they have proof of shipping. I pointed this out to PayPal... Curious the seller will respond to you but won't respond to me, their customer. Total scam. Do not buy from rio fashion shoes!
