Glenn Pearson rented a mobile home that was not for rent to get us in their other mobile home parks

Was promised a mobile home, very nice pic of one anyway, at River Run. I sent $100.00 deposit to hold it til i got here. I arrive after 15 hrs of driving from NC and two mechanical breakdowns, to be told the mobile home had electrical problems and I could'nt move in. They sent me to Oak Run, I cried all nite outta hurt anger and fear. People outside all hours of the nite doing drug deals, prostitutes on the back side of park, loud talking and music.

I am a 55 yr old female on disability and have a hard enough time sleeping with my medical problems. So I called Dawn at RR and she said she would get me in another park, a third park owned by the same people. We got to Glennwood and oh Nellie was so sweet and bubbly and full of hope and promises. We were (still are) broke and destitute, had nowhere to go so we were stuck.

I had an a/c that didnt work, she said they would have it replaced by the time i awoke next morning, we got it that evening, late, and Chad comes in and asked why they were putting a new a/c unit in when they have used ones at the shop. Personally, I think putting a new a/c in this dump was like putting a long stem rose on a turd. The toilet didnt have a handle to flush it, that was fixed the next day, I found roaches, the front steps are unstable, and the best part of all... The sewage flowing behind the trailer, sending a stench to high Heaven.

Theres a pool of sewage with an electrical outlet in the center of it just waiting to send you reeling. If you love cats, there are plenty here, not sure where they live, maybe thats the parks rat extermination service. I dont know where we will end up after today, we are selling all our worldly goods trying to get somewhere to call home, because they won't give us our money back. I'm glad I have a couple of oxygen tanks to last me til I do find a home
