I went to website and purchased the Metallic Red foamposites for my significant they were $119 but a screen came up saying that it would be an additional conversion fee that brought the price up to $128.25 then my bank charged me $2.57 for the currency conversion fee.

They took the money out under KERZEE.info / SHANGHAISHI CN this what it looks like on my statement

Its now 8-days since the purchase and my status still says processing all though they took money out on 2/20. I have sent numerous emails and received no response then I tried another email address on the website sales@foampositecopper.com the email came back as an invalid email if anyone can tell me what are my next steps in retrieving my money please respond
