Miscellaneous

It started in sometime in December, i don't entirely know the date. I was phoned up by Laurence ware who worked for the company; he said that my friend Caroline had signed my name up for a free makeover (it sounded too good to be true) i asked my friend and she said she did. They asked me for a £20 deposit which i said i couldn't give because i didn't have the money. They then asked whether i could give them £5 and i obliged and gave my details, but not the sixteen digit card number. They told me an address for which i should come to London and i agreed. Just before the time, they text me telling me that they have to change the date for sometime in January. I agreed again. I learnt from my friend during the week that they had scammed her and she told me to pull out. I tried, i sent them an email saying i didn't want them to take out any money which they did. I was annoyed but didn't think anything of it. The next month in January when i had forgotten about it, they took another £5 out of my account sending me into an over draw, they've done this on 2/3 separate occasions, which i had to talk to my bank about, they refunded this. And now they've done it again, and also sent me in £28 nearly £30 debt with my bank. This is fraud!
