Cash prize of 75,000 demanded 350 in Western Union fees

I never sent the money, so I was not scammed, but the "Agent" is still texting me about claiming my cash prize of 75,000.00 after I send 350.00 in fees by Western Union to an address in New York. Then I would pay 350.00 to the UPS driver when I receive my cash at my door step within 12 hours of paying the fees.
It started with a woman named Mary Flowers sending me a friend request, stating she went to East Liverpool High School and won this money through messaging on Facebook. She then gave me the email agentrandy8@aol.com for my agent to contact. He then texted and called my cell phone from the number 213-935-1779. He also sent a Certificate of Approval to my email address and gave me other CEO email addresses for further questions. The address to send the fees to was Lee Perks, 67 Chapel Rd, 2nd Floor, Kenmore, New York 14217.
