This is not a compliment, rather a complaint.

I have never seen such terrible service in my life. I just used you guys to fly in november and recommended your website to a colleague of mine with raving reviews.

They booked the ticket, and showed up to the airport as normal people would on the morning of the flight.

They got to the counter and were told that a ticket was never issued on the way there just the way back, a PROBLEM IN THE SYSTEM. Which cost time to wait for another flight, money to reissue a different another ticket and, for the people like me and another person helping with the arrangements, waiting on hold for 1hr, before getting in touch with someone, and me waiting 46 minutes on hold only to be hung up on by an agent.

We lost money on the car rental, because they couldnt get a flight to the same airport, only to one nearby. Rentals were 200 dollars more there.

I will make sure to post a negative review about your company on EVERY SINGLE website i can find related to flights.

How can you go and ruin somebodys whole business schedule because a glitch in the system? You are supposed to be a little bit more reliable.
