Let's break down the facts for an individual who claims to go by the name "Carol Holly Kloppenborg" to avoid any confusion, in this report, she'll be referred to as "Kloppenborg"

According to Vital Statistics for Cook County, Illinois, there is NO Birth Record on file for any persons named Carol Holly Kloppenborg born 12/13/1968.in fact, there is NO Birth Record for any persons named Carol Holly Kloppenborg born anywhere is the U.S. Between 1900 - 2012. The only Birth Record that even comes close, belongs to a man named Carl H. Kloppenborg, ironically born in Cook County, Illinois, however, he died in 1967.
According to www.beenverified.com, Kloppenborg, is using the alias Carol Holly Kloppenborg, when in actuality, her name is most likely Judith Lynn Ridenour born in 1964. The false use of whatever identity that is being used by Kloppenborg, goes back to 1997. According to Clark County Marriage Records, a marriage took place in Las Vegas, NV during June of 1997 between a Carol Holly Kloppenborg and a Yasukazu Sato.

According to Clark County Court Records, Kloppenborg, who was just released from jail 1/9 for 2 outstanding warrants that stemmed back from could easily have all her legal troubles cleared in the state of Nevada in regards to "Traffic" if she would just simply provide the court with PROOF OF VALID IDENTIFICATION, however, Kloppenborg failed to appear on 2/19 to provide that Proof, my belief, is that it's obvious she doesn't want the court, or the Judicial Officer assigned to her case to see, as it is fictious, the OIG in DC is currently investigating that and it validity. Judicial Officer, Joseph Tomminaso (who I happened to have the pleasure of communicating with just last week, as he is also the President of Protective Orders which I have just recently filed against Kloppenborg and her affiliates) will have an answer shortly.
