Apts For Them carol rule lies about deposit's given to her on apts' rule const inc is a rip off'

Carol rule is a low life cheating landlord. She didnt disclose to blount county that 600.00 deposit was given to her on 9/08. That is not legal' dont rent from this company'or johnson&johnson owner's'. I got layed off in april', carol was very rude'our rent was due for nov 07. We were out of apt by 1/13/08. This lady need's to be put in jail for lying on court legal papers' she
thinks she can get away with it' but not this time'i intend to send papers to the court of the 600.00 that was given her' for the damage deposit' she didnt tell the court about.

They used to own these apt's they were very slow to repair things'. Our window was broken for two months. Cold air was coming in i asked her to fix it'she said as soon as i can'. Then the air went out cost us 89.00 to get a room'because i pass out in the heat' it took 2 days to get the air working' they would not refund our 89.00 back' so sorry about that'

Like i said dont rent or have anything to do with carol rule or rule const inc. If they can take money from you illegal they will' i know their is other people
that have been done wrong by these cheating people' carol your time in court in court is coming'
