Bad credit card practices

I made two purchases online oand gave my dedit card as payment. My bank account was charged and the money taken immediately.

The next day I was checking my account balance on the internet and had incurred $290.00 in overdraft fees

On researching this I found two $346.00 holds on my account for five days from this company, even though the entire amount had already been paid.

I have called and emailed several times and no one even listens or cares.

I have already returned the items and wait to see how long it takes for my refund.
