The website required the credit card information however, the site was not clear anywhere about an automatic charge of $100.0. I repeatedly asked them that it was not explicit and did not want to use their website for bidding anything. They repeatedly said there is no cancellation and waiver and I signed an electronic contract. I did not use their service and they repeatedly added bids to my account in an attempt to save the damages. The last of such emails I received was on 07/29. I tried to login to see how many bids I had in the last month, and it appears that the website is down.
