Charged 44.41 on my CC - returned the product, bad color was the reason. Had to pay $14.00 prox for postage to return. Okay im into the scam for prox $58.41now. Group bully credits my CC for $21.75!!! My net loss - $37.00 prox - hows that for customer service?
Well - their $7.95 shipping plus another $7.95 shipping for their "free item puts me at about $16.00 (BTW non refundable) my $14.00 that I paid to return their product puts me at $30.00 net loss I who know how I lost another $7.00??? - tax? THESE GUYS HAVE A GREAT BUSINESS PLAN - weight the charge heavily on the non refundable charges called shipping and handling and if it doesnt cost that much to ship and handle then you have an automatic profit on returned items!!! Very impressive!!! Too bad the lowly consumer has to pay.
