I was watching an infomercial and went online to order. The pitch was (2) Who Knew It books and also three additional books for a total of $29.99 with NO S&H. After giving my information, and denying all other sales pitches, the final cost included the $7.99 for S&H. There was no option to back out at this point. There is no e-mail address available to Customer Service and the phone number only good M-F 5-5. Only God knows if this number works. I will try calling Monday to cancel this, will refuse the shipment, deny the charges and call the Iowa Attorney General to report consumer fraud.
