I am Anna Tyburska, Wilmington, DE 19810, I bought new car from KIA in West Chester, PA. On January 31. At the moment i traded my old car KIA Sorento 2011 to the above mention dealer. I was sure that whole process of trading and buying is very simple, but to my big disappointment Kia Motors Financing charge me and took my money from my account on February 22 for amount of $385.60 even. I am not any longer they costumer. My new car financing institution is going to charge me and they rightfully have to be paid. I filled used and unprotected against big corporation like Kia Motors Financing who has stolen my money. Please help me to solve this problem.
