Kept my income tax check

On 2/8 my income tax check was direct depostited into my tax preparer's account now card. We went to the bank to get my money and was told we could only get a small amount out, the next day we went back and was told the card was suspended. To call the risk dept. We have faxed everything they have asked for ID card social security w2s a utility bill. Still nothing. They said they didn't get it, have to let the risk dept review it. I have faxed the information 3xs. I'm discussed with them and I'm reading they have done this to alot of People
