This website automatically subscribes you to a monthly program of $29.95 without any mention of the fact when you obtain a vin report. I managed to contact the company after waiting on a phone line for twenty minutes. Sounded like a customer service rep out of country. She confirmed that I was automatically signed up for a monthly charge. I immediately insisted on a cancellation of any subscription. She complied. But it was only because I had checked out the Scambook website that I was aware I had signed up to any monthly subscription. Vehiclehistorys.com is a major scam site!
