Firstly i baught an order in 17 of jan i have not received it however your advertisement said i would receive my order within 2 or 3 days to make matter wors you got money i my account in 16 of feb but i did not buy any thing when i call your number no body answer last tuesday i called with my bank phone i spoke with someone who told me you will refund my money within 7 days so within 7 days if i do not receive a full refund i will take a legal action is it clear?
