Do Not Trust Them

On December of i was looking at a Christian website which have visited on line in computer quite often and this American Web Loan popped up in the website. I was looking at it as i wanted to borrow some money for the holidays and thought this website was a viable one since it was in the Christian website i surfed. I made a verbal agreement with the woman i spoke to to take a 700.00 loan out and the agreement over the phone was i would pay back 910.00 over a period of a few months. I was told by her the first installment would come out on January 20th for the amount of 210.00 and that after that 200.00 a month on the 20th of the month untill the full 910.00 was paid off. I agreed to that and recieved no contract from this website at all just the verbal agreement over the phone.

Well the 20th of January came around and the 210.00 came out which i had no problem with that was the agreement i had with American Web Loan. Then when my next pay period came around which was the 6th of February i had noticed that they took out another 210.00 much to my surprise. I called them and they told me the agreement was that they would take 210.00 out bi-monthly untill i paid the full 700.00 to them. I was outraged and told them the conversation i had with their person i spoke to when i originally when i took that loan out and this was not the agreement i had with her. If she would have given me those statements i would have never taken the loan out in the first place as that is crazy to agree to something of that nature. Well i got no where with that conversation i had with that person and i immediately went to my credit union on my lunch hour and closed out that particular account and open up a new checking and savings account and explained to the loan officer what had happened. I was told i should report this to you and attorney general, FTC and i also reported it to the national check fraud agency. At that point i have been harassed at my job by these people calling me on my cell phone and my direct line into my job. I also know they were asking what the mailing address to my job was so i am assuming they are going to try something to get money out of me through my place of business. So i went to my personnel manager and explained to him of the situation he told me he would watch for this and notify me of what might take place.in the meantime i have an appoint with my lawyer this coming week to find out what legal action i can take against these people for taking money out of my account without my authorization on the 6th of February. They did not supply with a legal contract untill the 22nd of February after i had a conversation with them, and harassment charges, to say the least of defimation of character that they are attempting to portray with my company. I agreed to the 910.00 with them but they breached the agreement needless to say any contract that the submitted my name onto. I have no problem paying this company the 700.00 i owe them in which they already have taken 420.00 of that in which the remainder would only be 280.00. But now i am going to seek damages from them on not displaying any kind of professionalism on their part. I don't like being like this but they really ruffled my feathers and backed me into a corner now it is time to handle this the right way in legal action. I will pray for them too but there are other people out there that they are getting away with this kind of arrangement and this is not right.
