No Help by Phone

I recently purchased a MagicJack phone service device. This service requires high speed internet which I have. On Feb 19th. A friend tried to help me activate the unit, after two tries we were unable to get it to work and unable to contact someone for help. On Mon Feb 20th. I contacted tech. Support for help & asked if someone would please call me by phone & help me activate the unit. They would only help me by E-mail chat. After about two hours and three tries with this Nash person who had control of my computer he was unable to get it to work and he just discontinued E-mailing me. So someone else wanted me to start all over again. I asked that someone please call me by phone and help me but they refused. I have no idea if I was chatting with someone in the USA or someone overseas. I returned the unit to Radio Shack where I bought it. When one purchases a product they expect the company to stand by that product.
