I called a 1-800 number and after going through the recorded information I was connected to a customer service rep. The rep was foreign speaking so I asked to speak to a rep in the USA. He asked me to hold on and came back in a few minutes and informed me that there was no reps in the USA. I asked him, "you mean no available reps", and he said no there are no reps at all. When I call about my account I can barely understand what they are saying from their names to the information that they are giving me. Why would a US company have all foreign customer reps?
