I don't even remember signing up to this site www.usgovauction.com, but I just seen my debit card transactions and they took 39.80 off my card without me even knowing about it. Thats very wrong because you can not go around taking people money without them knowing. The site is fraud all the way around it, because from what I understand they ask you to sign up for a dollar for a 7-day free trail then they charge your card after the free trail without you even knowing.
