Im fighting the same as the lady in SanDiego, Ca. I wanted sample only and have bank statements to prove $74.98

Back in October of I purchased a sample of Neurogize Energy pills for $1.97. Then next month my account was debited $74.98. I tried to contact the company to no avail. I have been into it with the bank and have rebuttal forms on the way in. The bank deposited the former amount back into my account.

But, I did not recieve the first set of forms, but did get the second set. I just didn't make the deadline. Unfortunately, my bank will not stop payment to them, until they remove their payment request and unsubsribe me. Im infuriated about this. Especially after I saw your reports here. Thank you for any help or direction in this matter.
