I just reviewed my new T-Mobile Bill and noticed my bill was about $10 higher than last month. Like all the other complaints, I didn't authorize this and now T-Mobile is telling me that I won't see this credit for 2 - 4 billing cycles. Everyone is struggling, so why should we have to wait so long to get that money back? T-Mobile can do a "content block" which can help prevent this from occurring, so I recommend calling them and doing that ASAP!
