Just got my cell phone bill and what a shock it was to see a $51.00 charge from a third party, got in touch with my provider and they told me that they couldnt do anything about it they told me how to unsuscribe and that i would have to call the company in question myself they provided me with the phone# and company name. I called them the next morning and they wouldnt do anything about it they kept insisting that either my self or one of the kids had done it there is no kids living at home they also told me that i should sent my complaint by email
