DO NOT WORK FOR HIM! HE'S ABUSING CRAIGSLIST!
He purports to be a property preservation company, who obtains work orders from banks, such as Bank of America. He lures his victims via Craigslist, he did me, from the Houston, TX.

I worked for him from 6/1 until 8/30, completing over 200 work orders, he owes me over $20,000. Til the present day, I haven't received one red cent. Not even a return call. However, I did, receive a threatening email, that read "DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN"! I drove all over the Houston and surrounding area counties. I used my truck, and equipment for 3 three months, for nothing. I owe my credit cards for the expenses of gasoline, which averaged $450-$700 per week and materials. Every time I'd ask for a check, his reply, was that it was in the mail and that he would get in contact with me., when he returned from San Antonio, Tx. Also, he use to list his business address but since has deleted it from his webpage.

I'm assuming, I'm not the only victim, as there is another complaint #792236 from a victim from San Antonio, TX. I still haven't recovered the losses. I'm sure he's living very comfortable off of others hard work, vehicles, equipment, time and money invested, while he sits as his computer, ordering contractor with no intention of ever paying them. What do you call That? Theft of Services, Theft by Deception? DO NOT TRUST HIM! You'll regret ever meeting such a human being.
