Rick Dean sets up a work orders asking you to pictures of foreclosed homes plus clean and haul trash out of the propertly. After you do the job and send the pics you will not here from him via Email or Phone. He has a california number but his fax is in Arizona. The business number is a answer forwarding business so you cannot talk to anyone. They do not answer any phones or return calls.

I paid for all dump/trash fees totaling $115.00 plus $20 of gas for 3 days! I also paid out of my pocket for one of my helpers. I have a family to support and this so called guy is taking advantage of people who are just trying to make an honest living! He needs to be stopped ASAP!
