CCS Ripoff been taking out of my account since 2002 over $1000 Las Vegas

I Joined ccs in and cancel the same year, I was told to send a letter which I did, however nothing was done. I recently looked at a bank statement and I notice that CCS has been removing money in my checking account after I cancelled account # 102245. Today is july 7 the same procedure was again. I want ccs to refund over 1000 dollars from my credit.
