In Feb i was notified that i qualified for a loan mod.in the beginning i spoke with a very nice gentlemen that assured me that the company and offer was legit. I finally aggreed to "sign up" as a member through Apex Members and William D Goodrich Attorney at Law. I aggreed to pay initial processing fee $490. And monthly payments of $250.in exchange for these fees i was promised that a TEAM of members and associates attorneys would negociate with my mortagage company in behalf for a lesser monthly paymnet and int. Rate. I have been dealing with this mess for over a year now and no speaks english, they dont return calls, and i recently found out through my lender that they JUST NOW (last week) turned in the mountain of paperwork i was asked to fax into to them over and over again. I still have no promise or commitment of a lower payment or int. Rate and im out over 3,000. I plan to contact a REAL lawyer and take this case all the way! I will stop at nothing to make sure these crooks are punished for this! My next step is all the local news stations and maybe even Judge Judy!!! Wish me luck.
