I answered an ad off the tv to lower my interest rate to 1 or 2% thru a modificication loan. It has been five months and still no loan. Come to find out they can not do a modfication loan except for my lender. My lender has told them many times that they can not modify my loan, only my lender. The President's polies he announced will not let them charge for a modification loan. They said they can not get my loan modified and I don't get my money back. I have a copy of the policies the President put into place. If you don't have them, I will try to e-mail them to you. They came from Hud.
