Order was charged to credit card on Feb 13 but they failed to send the pans when the order was charged. As of Feb. 22 the charge was placed 10 days earlier and they stated it would take 5-6 weeks before sending the merchandise. The merchandise is not suppose to be charged until the merchandise is ready to be sent. Beware of this scam with this company. As of today nobody in this office is capable of telling the truth why my credit card has been charged and the pans have not been sent. One represenative stated they never charge until the merchandise is ready for mailing. Still no answer!
