It is a great sweeper However, due to a fused wrist and deformed arthritic hands, my wife is unable to use the sweeper. It was just moved a bit during the demo, but to operate it an extended period of time if beyond her capabilities. The distributor will not return calls and the Corporation says it is up to the distributor. A troubling situation. Sell it and then forget it!
