My 80 year old aunt ordered their product through the mail for a trial size at $9.95. After receiving the trial sample she was then charged an additional $59.95 automatically. THis company did not allow the opportunity to cancel what they claim is an automatic request. The product has not been received but they refuse to credit her account. My aunt is 80 years old and has alzheimers but this did not matter to this company. I have called her bank to not pay.
