Air Dryer System-Incredibly NOISY

Was sold a Air Dryer system for a Quality Lab. However, the system is much much too loud. Whether it is poor air dryer system design, or we were sold the wrong system for this application, this is much too loud for our lab. The vendor tried helping initially, but now has been very hard to get a hold of. Months have gone by with no resolution - just talk. He hardly returns calls, and always says the same "someone is working on it", and "I will get back to you", but never does. I have to call him. Then it starts over again, with NO resolution. Nothing is getting done, yet we have the same noise every day. Maybe if this air dryer system was in his office by his desk, this would get taken care of quicker. We need this taken care of.
