I hired this company or particular person to help me run my papers for modification loan of my home. I have dealt with this person in the past and at that time he was very helpful.
This time, he asked for the first half of the payment which is $1700.00 be deposited in the company's bank account. He collected all my documents to be submitted to my lender. After a month, I tried calling him, left messages on his voice mail, and emails, and no response. He has not submitted nor initiated any contact with my lender.
My bank account and social security number are all included on the documents. But, haven't had any bad activities or tampering in my account. Recently, I attempted to send the company a certified mail, but it was undeliverable; the letter was sent back to me. I would like to try to get a refund from the company with your help.
