I placed an order on Feb. 10th for 13 Units of Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF201 PC TABLETS with Deniz Umut with Ucuz ltd, on Alibaba.com, that conducts business from Turkey. Our order was to ship Monday Feb. 13th. However, no shipment was made. We were informed they would go out Tuesday, but no shipment was sent. Again, the order was to go out Wed. Feb 15th, but nothing still. Each time we were told items had been delivered to DHL but there was always a problem. As the week goes on, Deniz Umut agrees to either send our order out or refund our money, but we now have no contact with him after continuous emails and chat requests using Trade Manager. We are now in the process of conducting a criminal investigation with local and International authorities concerning the theft of our funds by Mr. Deniz Umut and his associates. The following individuals are involved with Deniz Umut conducting transactions through Alibaba.com.
