Ordered a FREE sample, at request for postal charge ONLY gave my credit card number for $4.65.11th October. Then after checking my bank statements in late November found that this company had, without my authority taken two further payments from my card. Total $287.65 = £180.41. I sent e. Mails the only way possible via their website, never got any response. I contacted The Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake Utah US. They made contact with Reliftxs, but without any satisfactory response re. Any refund of my money.
