I requested a vin check and nothing came back.
I called and people you can hardly understand answer (that is if they answer) and claim that there is no manager or corporate office to speak with and are absolutely no help. They say to email their tech support and you will get a reply within an hour... Got no reply ever! Then they say log back in and try in an hour... Nothing happened. Then they say that your vin must be bad and that its not their fault. Luckily i was able to cancel before they charged me for a 30.00 membership.
