I really am not sure of the date but it was about six months before my home went into forcloser and that date forcloser started 04/06. I consulted rodis law group concerning home loan modification. I was told by mr. Joe corey someone by the name of mi phan, and rianna barnes at different times not to worry, they were werking things out and i was not to make any payments until they had made the modifications. I was worried, however, at two other times i had been told by the representitives at country wide bank also that they couldn't help me until i had missed several payments.By the time i found out none of this was true i was so far in debt with country wide that i didn't have the money needed to keep my home. They wouldn't take any money from me not even the whole payment. I was mislead by two people i trusted at country wide and i trusted rodis law group and it is because of that, i am now in forcloser and on my way out. I have been a critical care 36 years, just went on disibility because of blindness. As a professional if i give advice that is detremental to my patient i am held accountable i feel the professionals that gave me the advice that has caused me to lose my home, rodis law group and country wide mortage should be held accountable.
Sincerely
