I tried the 1.99 free trial period and when I tried to cancel I could not get the site to log on. I tried the product which crawled movies and can not get any file open to watch. The screen pops up " file unavailable at this time". I emailed the company and was basically told it wasn't their problem and I had a lifetime to use the product. I requested a refund and was denied.
