In November I sent for a sample of anti wrinkle serum at £5.50 which arrived. Subsequently I received a larger quantity costing £74.95 in December and January. Each time the amount was taken from my credit card account without my permission. I informed my bank and the bank credited me with each amount. I returned the products to sender, writing that I did not wish this product.
Again, in February I have been charged the same amount, but so far have not received any product. I have informed my bank again.
